    Unsupported System Drive

      Greeting, I recently bought Intel Optane 32GB to optimize my secondary WD Caviar Black 1 TB HDD (since I already installed my windows on my SSD NVME )
      however after I installed intel optane memory. The program said unsupported system drive.
      I already did:
      - Change my BIOS settings as my motherboard manufactured recommended

      - Update my BIOS Firmware
      - Low State Format to my intended HDD
      - Clean my Intel Optane with windows command, diskpart
      - Swap My M2 Slot for SSD and Intel Optane

      - Read a lot of support ticket in this forum


      To help you solving this problem I also attached my report that generated by Intel System Support Utility & and Intel Optane Installation Log File.
      Hope this could help solving my problem to install optane to my drive. Thanks!

          As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® Optane™ Memory. If we infer correctly please follow the recommendation below:
           
          From the screenshot of the disk management you shared with us we noticed that you do not have the necessary unallocated space in the Disk 2 that is your bootable drive. We recommend you to create an unallocated space of at least 5MB.

            Hello Intel.I have the same problem like Mr.agungkun. I have solved the problem as you said but it did not solve the problem.

            What is the problem? Please help me.

             

             

            But my problem is that when I use Windows 10 version 1803 it is not a problem. But when I installed Windows version 1809 It's the same problem like Mr.agungkun.

              • The SSU logs.
                 
                1-            Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26735/ and download the software.
                2-            When finished downloading it, open it.
                3-            Attach the file obtained to your reply.
