    NUC7i5DNKPC Display Issues

      Good Morning,

       

      We are moving most of our Desktop PC's to the Mini-Pc NUC7i5DNKPC,

       

      We are experiencing display issues where the monitors will go to sleep and one or both will not come back up.

       

      We have updated BIOS and Graphics Drivers to newest versions/ also Played with the display settings and power settings inside Windows.

       

      It seems the only fix is to physically unplug the Monitors and plug them back in opposite ports until the computer recognizes both again. As you can imagine this is a terrible end user experience and constant headache for our IT Department.

       

      Does anybody else experience these issues or have a fix for the above issues?
