4x E5-4620 v2 @ 2.60GHz Max Turbo Frequency3.00 GHz

      Help Text:

Intel Turbo Boost Technology allows the processor to automatically increase its frequency if it is running below power, temperature, and current specifications.

This option is only visible if all processors installed in the system support Intel

Turbo Boost Technology. In order for this option to be available, Enhanced IntelSpeedStep Technology must be Enabled

Energy saving on server platform how can I turn off?

      4x E5-4620 v2 @ 2.60GHz installed Max Turbo Frequency3.00 GHz

The processor operates at low frequencies constantly 1.2 to 2.2 GHz. We can not make work at least on the rated frequency in constant mode.

Intel® Turbo Boost Technology cannot be enabled until you turn on the SpeedStep manual

Who knows how to solve this problem?
